Shipping + Policies

US orders are shipped as First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped First Class. A $10 rush fee applies if you need your item sooner than our current turnaround time.

Insurance is included on all packages. Please contact USPS or your country's postal service if your package is lost. We have no control over packages once they are in the hands of the postal service, and we cannot issue refunds for undelivered or lost packages. 

Customs and import fees on international orders outside of the US are the buyer's responsibility.


Alterations are free of charge if you contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your item. If you contact us after the 2 week grace period, there will be a $10 fee for each item to be altered. We want you to enjoy your items so if it needs a little tweaking, please let us know. Please note that we can only alter an item down in size, not up. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges for alternations.


We offer a 50% exchange if you contact us within 5 days of receiving your items. All items are custom made, and for this reason we only offer a 50% exchange to make a different item. Please refer to the size chart included in each item's description and/or send us your measurements to ensure a proper fit.

Please include the following information with alterations/exchanges:

  • Name and address
  • Order number
  • Instructions regarding item/s

Please allow 2-3 weeks for alterations or exchanges. 
You may only cancel an order before we begin sewing your item. 
No refunds.
